
TIPS TO PREVENT COLDS
Wash your hands: Specially after being in public places (work, school, shopping mall, etc). Viruses are carried from contaminated objects to our hands and then to our mouths.
Keep stress at bay: stress is known to suppress the immune system. Try some yoga or meditation.
Eat mushrooms: reishi, shiitake and maitake mushrooms are great immune system boosters.
Drink water: A well hydrated body fights better infections. It can also help to wash away viruses from your mouth and throat.
Exercise: It improves your blood circulation and helps to drain out toxic build-up from your body.
Sleep: While you sleep, the body repairs and produces more white blood cells, which are part of the immune system.
